Audiolog advanced call recording servers are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of voice & screen recording applications in call centers equipped with the INTER-TEL Axxess system. Flexibility is achieved through support for multiple types of voice connectivity, as well as expert CTI integration to the INTER-TEL OAI port.
Voice connectivity options on INTER-TEL Axxess include direct tapping of digital stations, analog stations, digital trunks, and analog trunks.
Audiolog software utilizes several co-resident modules to perform all CTI, recording, Database, and playback functions:
- Recorder Module provides telephony interface, signaling, compression, and recording functions.
- CTI Link Module provides the direct interface to OAI for recording control and call-associated data collection.
- Call Manager Module provides automated update of Audiolog’s onboard SQL Catalog database as each call is recorded.
- Player Module provides user-friendly GUI for call search, selection, and playback
