Lyndhurst, NJ, May 23, 2005 -- Mercom Systems, Inc. today announced an addition to its recently redesigned Web site -- the Mercom Insight Center. The Mercom Insight Center is an extensive education portal and supplement for contact center associates and users. It is one of the newest advantages for Mercom customers and call center professionals, updated weekly to maintain close association to the trends of the industry.
The Mercom Insight Center includes links to call center news, tips of the day from Mercom Product Manager and contact center expert Kristyn Emenecker, a soon-to-come monthly newsletter, benchmarks, case studies and news articles related to the contact center industry and Mercom Systems.
Mercom recently reorganized its Web site to allow more user-friendly navigation and better options to enhance the site-viewing experience, as well as an updated layout and look. According to Emenecker, the site will be updated continually with new features and tools to assist the user.
“The updated look more accurately reflects the cutting-edge technology and services that Mercom provides,” Emenecker said. “Mercom customers, partners and contact center professionals will have more resources to help them gain knowledge and insight into the goings-on of the call center industry, and ways that Mercom remains a step ahead of the rest of the industry.”
The Web site was designed by e-City Interactive and was launched in February.
